Optional Nominations twist [new]
|
Housemates could be barred from casting nominations this week after a dastardly "early bird" plan was hatched by Big Brother.
The nine remaining pals were told they could only make eviction votes between the bleary-eyed hours of 6am and 9am this morning.
But the confused housemates don't know if it's all a big con because Big Brother also said he will lie to them twice during the next few days.
An insider said: "Housemates can only nominate in those three hours.
"But it took far longer than three hours for the housemates to nominate last week, so who knows how long some could take today?
"They're going to have to get up extra early to get into the diary room - otherwise all nine of them won't have time to have an all-important voice about who could be out on Friday.
"This could shift the balance of power in the house unless everyone gets out of bed and gets into the Diary Room. The early bird catches the vote, if they believe Big Brother is telling the truth - which he is."
Night owls like Anthony, Craig and Eugene could struggle to wake up in time with no alarm clock planned or BB's usual individual call from the sofa to the Diary Room to nominate.
It means housemates have only 20 minutes each. But some have taken 40 minutes to choose two housemates for the chop. And big moaners like Kemal and Makosi could use up much of the precious 180 minutes, leaving less time for the others to cast their vote.
Meanwhile, Craig and Anthony didn't get to bed until sunrise yesterday after more flirtatious banter.
The pair got in a play-fight with each other, ending with Craig slapping Anthony's thigh - who relieved himself from his perch in the loft.
Later they slapped each other's cheeks before the pair went off to bed - separately.
