Day 15: (10/06/2004 - Friday)

Housemates wave goodbye to second evictee Lesley Craig and Vanessa are shocked by crowd reaction Vanessa lands herself an injury Day 15 ? Friday 10 June 2005 8.10am Most of the housemates are asleep. Tonight a second housemate will be evicted from the Big Brother house. Earlier this week housemates learnt that all 12 of them would face the public vote due to Vanessa breaking a fundamental Big Brother rule by discussing nominations. Derek has come to talk to Big Brother. Derek comes to the Diary Room ?I could wring their bloody necks. Have you seen the state of the lavatories? The women in here are dirtier than the men. I?m most frightened of the British public, they are the boss. The public get 8/10 things right and I?m powerless. I have to wait and see what happens tonight, I have a matter of duty and that comes first. There is no question about that? Opera Music plays into the house as the morning alarm. Derek dances around the kitchen and waves his arms as a conductor. 10.54am Most of the housemates are still in bed. Sam is in the shower. Last night housemates ran out of food supplies. Big Brother has delivered an emergency food parcel to the garden. Sam showers and notices the emergency aid box in the garden. She fetches the package and takes it inside ?Guys look! emergency aid? Kemal asks how it got here, Science tells him it arrived by parachute ?desperate times call for desperate measures.? Kemal and Science take out the contents, Science gives the sugar to Derek to take care of. The package contents include: sugar, sunflower seeds and King Edward potatoes. 11.40am The housemates learn they have failed this week?s task and as a result they have ?1 each per day. Craig suggests they don?t purchase alcohol. Big Brother asks one housemate to the Diary Room so Science goes to collect the blackboard, he tells Big Brother ?I know how to budget so I?ll deal with it.? 11.49am Derek, Roberto, Craig and Lesley have left the rest of the group to discuss their shopping budget separately. Derek says ?I?m not arguing about the shopping, they failed the task and they won?t manage it.? Roberto suggests they form a group and take ?28 from the budget and choose the food they want. The rest of the housemates are in the Living room. Science is raising his voice and Anthony tells him to talk normally. They argue about the correct level of talking and what is considered as shouting. No matter what volume Science uses he believes he is talking normally. Derek says he?s exhausted from all the arguing. 12.48pm The housemates are told to take the shopping list to the Diary Room. Kemal volunteers as the leader and takes the blackboard from Roberto. Kemal tells Roberto he?ll inform Big Brother they are in 2 groups and 2 shopping lists. Roberto says he wants to read his own list. Kemal says he?ll ask Big Brother. Kemal comes to the Diary Room with the completed list. ?The trials and tribulations?there are 2 groups and I am delivering them separately. I?m leading the first and Derek leads the second.? 2pm Science, Derek and Sam are in the kitchen. Maxwell and Saskia are in the bedroom. Science confronts Sam about the failed task ?you told us Big Brother said it was all-good. Sam replies ?no I didn?t, I told you word for word what Big Brother said? Derek tells them that the next task matters. Sam and Science argue who is more spoilt. Science says ?more spoilt than you?are you tripping? Saskia and Maxwell are laughing on the bed as she throws bread into his mouth. Maxwell tells Saskia she has loads of fillings so they start counting each other?s. Maxwell asks if she was fed glucose instead of milk as a baby. 5.47pm Lesley is in the seating area dry-shaving her legs. Craig says he?s worried about tonight?s eviction, he predicts Saskia will be hated by the public. Lesley says if she doesn?t go she?ll ask to leave, Craig is shocked by this statement and reminds her she wanted to stay last week. 7.48pm Roberto is in the living room. Anthony, Derek, Maxwell, Craig and Sam are in the seating area Roberto is in the garden painting his toenails. In the seating area Sam asks Craig to do her hair. As he straightens it he bombards her with questions (the stereotypical hairdresser), he asks who she thinks will leave tonight. Sam says despite feeling stuck, she?ll definitely stay; she has her suspicions who?s leaving. Maxwell says he?s having a whale of a time, Sam says that?s because he has proper mates and she doesn?t. She thanks Craig for doing her hair and leaves. Derek is stunned by her confidence ?she is so insensitive it?s extraordinary. 9.13pm Big Brother has gathered all the housemates in the living room to announce the results of this week?s public vote. Derek says if he?s evicted he?ll demand a recount. Davina talks into the house and says the housemate?s names in alphabetical order, each housemate responds to the crowd?s reactions. Lesley is stunned when she hears boos; Sam and Vanessa have a similar response. Davina informs the housemates the votes have been counted and verified and the second housemate to leave is Lesley. Lesley says she?s happy and then tells Craig not to cry or she?ll ruin her make up. They both hug. 9.57pm Lesley is the second housemate to be evicted from the Big Brother house. Lesley wears a ?sexy sergeants? uniform. She announces she?s leaving and asks Craig for a hug. She reminds the housemates to be careful what they say because she may be taken to a secret room. Lesley leaves the Big Brother house. 10.30pm All of the housemates are still gathered in the living room. Housemates complain about ?starving?, Science tells them they are hungry rather than starved. The housemates are told they can leave the living room. Craig and Vanessa remain sulking on the sofa. Maxwell leans over to slap Craig?s cheeks and says ?I know you don?t want to hear it but you?ll be as good as good in a few days.? Craig has no response so Maxwell leaves Craig tells Vanessa she?s a ?good girl? she hugs him. Referring to the crowds? reactions, Vanessa feels the most hated. She is baffled as to why Saskia got cheered. Craig says ?my energy has been destroyed, Lesley was genuine, honest and nice?she was a good girl.? 11.13pm Most of the housemates are in the kitchen. Big Brother has supplied the house with beer and wine. Maxwell has hidden one bottle of wine between the sofas in the living room. Derek lies to housemates and tells them Big Brother wants the missing wine returned, ?I?m upset there is a liar in the house?. Derek and Kemal discuss the missing wine. They confirm the last time they saw the bottle was 8 minutes ago. Maxwell tells Derek he has taken the empties to Big Brother. Derek says ?liars denied seeing it? In the living room Maxwell opens the wine and pours it for those who want. He calls Saskia and they both swig it from the bottle. Maxwell looks into the camera and says ?cheers Delboy? 12.45am Craig, Derek and Roberto are in the bedroom. Most of the housemates are in the living room. Derek says he hates Sam and Craig says he?s gutted Lesley?s gone. Roberto tells them that Sam isn?t vicious; Derek says she is when she drinks. In the living room, Makosi says she?s going to jump on the beds and show her bambinos. She asks Derek if she can get into his bed. Derek says she?s welcome but due to the heat he?s naked. She gets in. Derek notices Vanessa is high spirited this evening. Vanessa jumps from bed to bed until she falls off, twisting her ankle and landing on it. She curls up in pain and Roberto rushes over to her. From his bed, Derek says it isn?t broken. Vanessa shouts she didn?t say it was, Derek says ? I know what you?re saying you?re 10 yards away? Roberto says her ankle is sprained and carries her to the Diary Room. 1.10am Saskia, Anthony and Maxwell are in the living room. The rest of the housemates are with Vanessa who has just been visited by the Big Brother doctor. In the living room Max asks Anthony who the fittest bird was on the first night. Saskia reminds him she went unnoticed because her ?jubblies? weren?t out. Vanessa says ?what are the chances of this happening?? Roberto tells her it?s better to break a bone than damage a ligament, in response, Sam tells him to shut- up. Roberto tells her to take off her make-up somewhere else. Sam says she didn?t want Roberto scaring Vanessa. Roberto tells her it?s not the end of the world. Vanessa apologises for ruining such a good night.

Day 16: (11/06/2004 - Saturday)

The housemates take part in their 2nd weekly task ? to live in a cardboard box Saskia and Maxwell tell Big Brother about their future marriage Plus on screen psychology experts, Judy James and Professor Geoffrey Beattie discuss and dissect the housemates? behaviour Day 16 ? Saturday 11 June 2005 9.06am Yesterday, Vanessa injured her ankle jumping on her bed. Derek carries Vanessa to the Diary Room and tells her he?ll wait outside. Big Brother asks her about her foot. She explains it?s sore and stings. Big Brother is ?highly concerned? and has arranged a hospital trip. Vanessa cries softly. 9.46am Most of the housemates are asleep. Big Brother has arranged for her to go to hospital for an x-ray. Vanessa will be blindfolded and wear headphones during her journey. Derek helps her leave. The bird alarm wakes the housemates up and they all move about in their beds. Maxwell is the first to talk and as Craig?s friend Lesley was evicted last night, he says, ?Craig hasn?t got any friends. Where are your mates? Can I be your friend?? Craig responds by saying, ?not in a thousand years? 11.15am For today?s task housemates have been allocated a cardboard box. The housemate who stays in their box the longest will win luxury food for three days. They have all been given a survival pack consisting of a water flask, a flag, a mint cake, a compass, a head torch and a condom. The blind goes up in the bedroom and the housemates discover 11 cardboard boxes, each with a housemate?s photo on, they yell in chorus ?look at mine!? Big Brother says the task is about to begin and Makosi goes to the Diary Room to collect the instructions. Once in the Diary Room, she asks, ?I haven?t put myself up for eviction have I?? She explains to the housemates that the task is to ?think inside the box?. Whoever stays in the box the longest wins a luxury three course meal with wine for the next three days. The winner is also entitled to a fully stocked fridge. The housemates are all impressed. Makosi discovers her survival kit and asks what the condom is for. Big Brother says ?today?s task is about to begin. Get in your boxes.? 11.37am The housemates have been in their boxes for three minutes. Craig says he feels like a hamster and Derek says, ?I love my box already.? 12.02pm The housemates have now been in their boxes for 24 minutes. Maxwell and Saskia are flirting and Science asks what they?re up to, commenting ?but I?m all alone.? Meanwhile, Kemal notes that Saskia has a huge box. Derek says it?s for her huge personality. Science is the first housemate to get out of his box and starts banging on others. Derek tells him ?don?t Science, I will not be amused.?? Science replies ?so what, I don?t care.? 12.30pm Sam, Craig, Anthony and Makosi are in the garden. Maxwell, Saskia, Roberto, Derek and Kemal and science are in the dining area. After three hours Vanessa has re-entered the Big Brother house after having been diagnosed with a foot sprain. Makosi tells the others, ?I need to properly shave my poom poom.? Big Brother announces, ?there are some delicious bacon sandwiches available in the Diary Room.? Science gets up and walks towards the Diary Room. Makosi pleads with him to get her some. As she pleads with him some more, Science mimics the Family Fortunes line, ?our survey says ah-ah.? Makosi promises to do his hair and Maxwell agrees to give him cigarettes. Most of the housemates in the boxes try to bribe him so he?ll bring them some sandwiches. Science goes to the Diary Room and sits down in front of the table filled with bacon sandwiches, toast and jam. He says, ?you?re not lying. Easy!? As he doesn?t eat bacon, he tucks into some toast and jam and then asks Big Brother, ?can I give some of that to them.? Big Brother tells him, ?the food on the table may only be eaten by housemates not in a box.? Science thanks Big Brother for the strawberry jam and toast and walks out, telling everyone, ?I?m not allowed.? Derek comments from within his box, ?I hate him Vanessa discovers the boxes in the garden and says ?what the hell?s going on here?? Science explains to anybody who?ll listen that he ?cannot be contained in a box as he is highly flammable.? Vanessa is called to the Diary Room. Big Brother reads out the doctor?s note as she eats the treat. Big Brother reads, ?you have sprained your ankle and cannot participate in tasks, especially those involving boxes. It doesn?t stop you enjoying delicious bacon sandwiches.? Vanessa tucks in. 2.30pm Most of the housemates have been in their boxes for 2.52 minutes. Science, Vanessa and Sam are in the sitting room. Kemal is having a shower outside. Maxwell and Saskia both discuss how much they need to go to the toilet. Suddenly Anthony?s mum appears on the plasma screen. All the housemates can hear, ?its your mum here Anthony. Science jumps up and shouts to Anthony, ?your mum?s here?that?s tight, is my mum here? Has you mum got dark hair with a fringe? Its like short and long?? Anthony says ?quality! Good effort big man but I?m not coming out.? Craig asks why he want to win so much and Anthony explains he want good food and wine. Anthony?s mum reappears on the plasma and asks him to come to the Diary Room. Anthony says ?not a chance!? 4.12pm Vanessa and Kemal are in the living room. Craig, Anthony Makosi and Sam are in the garden. Derek and Roberto, Maxwell and Saskia are in the kitchen and dining areas. The remaining housemates have been in their boxes for 4hrs and 26minutes Sam starts singing. Roberto and Derek are next to each other in their boxes listening to the singing. Roberto asks ?what the hell is that thing?? Derek asks if she want to get ?votes to win or lose.? 4.27pm Most of the housemates are in the kitchen and dining areas. Roberto is singing ?living in a box.? Craig, Maxwell, Anthony Makosi and Sam are in the garden. Maxwell tells the housemates that Craig thinks he?s going to win. Craig says ?Go f**king f*ck yourself.? Anthony asks if his head fits in the box and Craig replies, ?you cant speak English you fat piss head.? Maxwell calls him an inbred and asks if he sleeps with his sister and romps his brother. Craig responds by saying to Anthony, ?you?re so thick and gay. Baby dick.? As Anthony and Maxwell sing ?Craig?s got the biggest head in the world,? Craig tells Anthony he?s gay because ?he?s a hairdresser, 70?s dancer and wears pink.? 7.23pm Anthony, Craig and Makosi are in the garden. Derek and Roberto are in the kitchen. Kemal has poured scrambled egg into Roberto?s box. Craig asks Anthony if he?s hungry, Anthony says ?I?m not starving and I?m stopping her until the end. I?m giving it a good effort as if I was playing sport.? Craig says he?s competitive too but he?s treating it as a mental test. Kemal spoons a scrambled egg mixture into Roberto?s box. Roberto says ?I deserve it but this shows what man you are. You are a traitor, liar and I have no respect for you.? Not put off, Kemal fetches the toilet brush and sticks it in a hole. Science says he?s gone too far and removes the brush. Big Brother calls Kemal to the Diary Room. Kemal explains that the toilet brush was to make Roberto feel moist and remind him of the time in his mother womb. He then says, ?that bitch shouldn?t have messed with me.? Big Brother tells him to go to the toilet, put warm clothes on and sit on the naughty step. 8.36pm Anthony, Craig and Makosi are in the garden. Kemal has been out of his box for 8hrs and 50minutes. Kemal sits on the naughty step and tells Vanessa, ?he (Roberto) can kiss my Turkish arse.? 11.20pm All the housemates are in the kitchen and dining areas. Craig, Roberto, Derek and Makosi have been in their boxes for 9hrs. Big Brother instructs Craig, Roberto, Derek and Makosi to take a compulsory 10-minute break. Roberto is reluctant to leave his box and when Derek asks if he?s leaving, Roberto replies, ?I?m thinking.? Big Brother tells Roberto to get out of his box or he?ll fail the task. The four housemates run around stretching, going to the toilet and showering. Roberto approaches Maxwell and apologises for throwing food over him yesterday. Maxwell accepts his apology. Craig comes to the Diary Room to ask Big Brother how long the task lasts for. Big Brother says it ends when the last person leaves the box. Craig asks for a bacon sandwich but Big Brother says he can only eat from the survival kit. 12.23am Craig gives up and comes out of his box saying, ?it?s hideous and so difficult and I can?t do it any more.? Saskia asks Maxwell if Craig can have some pasta, but Maxwell refuses, saying Craig?s not in their ?shopping list? team. Craig asks if he can have two pieces of bacon but Maxwell responds, telling him he won?t like it. However, Craig tells him, ?I?ll decide that.? Science tells Craig he?s glad he?s out of the box because he?s needed to make bread. Craig explains he left the box because he?s claustrophobic, leading Maxwell to mock him, ?yeah it must be really bad, minge bitch.? Craig tells him not to call him a minge bitch. 1.15am Maxwell and Saskia are in the Diary Room. Maxwell tells Big Brother, ?Saskia must have gone weak at the knees when she saw me. My nipples hairs been plucked and she went to town on my eyebrows. Next thing I?ll have a tan and you?ll have to buy a hat (for their wedding).? Saskia tells him ?he can?t afford her yet.? Maxwell tells Big Brother, ?Saskia would make a good trophy wife this bird is off the hook. She has a small head and beautiful face. Her breasts are bigger than her head and her burps could wake up a whole village?f*ck the rooster!? 1.25am Derek says the longer the task goes on for, the easier it is to stay in the house. Roberto says he is thinking the same thing. Derek tells him he loves solitary confinement and lists the activities he does alone in the outside world, including running, reading and riding. Roberto says, ?its easier being in here (box) than there (house).? Derek responds ?that?s because there?s nothing to miss.?

Day 17: (12/06/2004 - Sunday)

Anthony, Derek and Roberto are joint winners of the task and are rewarded with luxury food Maxwell and Anthony create havoc with a bedtime water fight Saskia and Maxwell cuddle up together Day 17 ? Sunday 12 June 2005 7.01am Yesterday 11 large cardboard boxes were delivered to the house for the task ? to see which housemate can live inside their box for the longest. Anthony, Derek, Roberto and Makosi have been in their respective boxes for 19 hours and 23 minutes. Big Brother announces that the housemates must take a compulsory exercise and toilet break. On crawling back inside her box Makosi moans, ?I don?t want to return, but I?m not losing to a man.? 9.39am Anthony, Derek, Makosi and Roberto have been in their boxes for 22 house and 1 minute. The other housemates are woken up by the morning alarm ? 80s hit, ?Living In A Box.? Sam dances around the bedroom. 11.36am Craig and Maxwell go to talk to the housemates in their boxes. Makosi whimpers, ?It?s not fun anymore.? ?Oh don?t cry, ?says Derek from under his box, ?it?s only a game. It?s not worth it.? Science gives Makosi a pep talk. 11.46am Kemal, Science, Saskia and Maxwell are in the bedroom. The four housemates have been under their boxed for 24 hours and 8 minutes. Sam sings ?Simply The Best? to encourage Makosi. ?Now that?s enough to make everybody want to cry.? Quips Derek from under his box. 12.00pm Saskia is talking to Anthony through the holes in his box when Big Brother announces that the four housemates must take another compulsory break. Makosi finally gives in and decides not to get back inside the box; ?No, I?m not going back. I need to shower.? Anthony, Derek and Roberto are the final three housemates still living inside their boxes. 12.41pm Craig, Vanessa and Science are in the seating area. ?I can?t be bothered to exercise in here, I?m using this time to chill and relax.? Says Craig. Makosi goes to the Diary Room to talk about the task. ?My knees were hurting because they were curled up. I could not imagine Roberto or Derek standing there saying they?ve been defeated by a woman. Well good for them. But it?s sad to think that the three of them would not budge because someone with boobs was still there.? 1.27pm Maxwell and Saskia are in the bedroom. Anthony, Derek and Roberto have been inside their boxes for 25 hours and 46 minutes. Craig and Vanessa are chatting alone in the loft. ?It?s strange, when Lesley was here Sam was spiteful and aggressive. Have you noticed a dramatic change in Sam since Lesley left?? says Vanessa. ?She?s trying to draw attention to herself. She?s a ghastly creature. I think she?s vile. ?comments Craig. 1.51pm Anthony, Derek and Roberto have been inside their boxes for 26 hours and 16 minutes. In the bedroom, Science says to Sam; ?Them out there, they all deserve to win something.? Big Brother then plays victorious music into the house and announces; ?Big Brother salutes you, you are all winners. You may now leave your boxes.? And then calls Anthony, Derek and Roberto to the Diary Room, but the suspicious boys do not stir. ?I don?t trust Big Brother.? Says Roberto. Makosi and Science go to the Diary Room to talk to Big Brother. ?I was in that box for 25 hours. Do you Big Brother think that it?s fair? If you had a heart, you would?ve shouted my name during that music too.? Complains Makosi. Back in the living area, Derek consults the task rules from under his box. 2.20pm 26 minutes ago Big Brother announced that the task was complete, but Anthony, Derek and Roberto are still under their boxes. Big Brother makes another announcement and tells the three housemates that they must now vacate their boxes. After some deliberation, Derek counts to five and the three remaining housemates crawl out from their boxes together and shake hands. Derek dances around the room singing ?Food Glorious Food.? 2.31pm Big Brother calls Anthony, Derek and Roberto to the Diary Room to discuss their experiences of the task. ?It was good to listen to what?s going on in the outside without having to interact with them.? Says Roberto. ?The task I enjoyed,? agrees Derek, ?I felt I was doing it for the others. What I?d like is to share (the prize) with the other housemates. It was a good test and reminded me of how lucky I am.? Anthony says, ?For me it was a hard task because I was feeling I was missing out in the house. But my competitive attitude meant I battled through it ? I wanted to win. I did it for my Nan and Mam and mates back home because they will have been cheering me on.? Big Brother tells the three winning housemates that they cannot share their prize. ?No, No.? says Roberto. Derek isn?t happy about Big Brother?s stipulations either, ?I am not gonna put up with that. I will share those items with whomever I choose.? Roberto agrees. But Big Brother reminds the three housemates that the decision is final and if they share their luxury food items, then the food will be removed. 5.48pm Anthony, Derek and Roberto have been rewarded with a luxury three course meal and access to a fridge full of luxury food and drink, including a bottle of cherryade (Makosi?s favourite.) The other housemates watch as Anthony, Derek and Roberto tuck into their evening meal. ?It would?ve been worse if there?d been a KFC family feast on the table.? Comments Craig. ?I feel like a dog waiting at the end of the table for scraps.? But Derek is less than impressed, ?They need to find a better chef I think.? Makosi then notices the cherryade in the fridge and screams out aloud, ?That is evil!? 6pm Anthony, Derek and Roberto are still eating their luxury meal and drinking wine. The other housemates are in the seating area. Craig asks Maxwell what he really thinks of him. ?You?re weird, you?re a geeky weirdo.? Laughs Maxwell. He then impersonates Craig?s voice. Craig then asks, ?Who?s more ?camp?, me or Kemal?? ?You, you are more like Dale Winton than he is!? laughs Maxwell, but Craig is not happy with his response. 6.17pm Derek, Roberto, Science and Anthony are in the kitchen. Anthony picks up the bottle of cherryade. ?Put that down! Ok drink it and I?ll lick it off you.? Laughs Makosi. The boys then share the cherryade while Makosi watches from behind her sunglasses. 6.41pm Craig, Roberto, Derek and Anthony are at the dining table. ?I bet Anthony is spoiled by his mother.? Comments Derek. ?I was never spoiled, but I was very good at getting my own way.? He continues. Meanwhile, Kemal, Maxwell and Saskia are in the bedroom talking about Derek?s earlier complaints. ?Derek?s nice, but he?s a sly old man and I don?t trust a word that comes out of his mouth. Roberto I cannot stand.? Says Kemal. 7.49pm Derek goes to the Diary Room to talk about the housemates? reaction to the task reward. ?It has been very difficult for them because they are very greedy. Especially when the alcohol came out, especially when the chocolates came out.? Meanwhile, Kemal is hosting his own Miss World competition and crowns Saskia Miss Russia and Miss World. Saskia goes into the living room to tell the others and Maxwell flatters her, ?Well there?s no competition in here.? 8.57pm Maxwell, Saskia and Anthony are in the living room while Derek, Roberto, Makosi and Science are in the seating area. After having drunk a few glasses of wine Derek is preaching to Science and giving him some advice; ?I want people to see the beauty in your eyes.? He tells him. 12.06am Sam is alone in the pool. Makosi, Science, Kemal, Derek and Roberto are in the bedroom while Maxwell, Saskia and Anthony are in the living room. ?I was thinking I?m more likely to be up for nomination than you two.? Says Saskia. But although Maxwell disagrees, saying ?Definitely not!? Anthony says he can see why she?s thinking that. But Saskia is convinced, ?No-one?s gonna nominate their friends and their group is bigger than our gossip. I genuinely like Makosi, but obviously she?s friends with Vanessa, Craig and Kemal. But I do know, not maybe this time, but the time after I definitely know what?s gonna happen.? 3.38am Most of the housemates are asleep. Saskia, Maxwell and Anthony are still talking in the living room about what they?d get up to in the house. ?I wouldn?t do anything in here.? Says Saskia. ?Ah don?t say that. She might do something, keep watching!? giggles Maxwell. Maxwell and Anthony are the last two housemates awake. They sneak in the bedroom and squirt shaving foam on an unsuspecting Kemal and then chase him, squealing, to the bathroom. The boys then start a water fight in the bedroom. Derek is the only housemate who is confused by the fracas asking, ?Have they changed the time on my watch? Is it daylight out there?? Captain Science takes his role in the weekly task very seriously After more rule breaking, only 8 of the 11 housemates are allowed to nominate Craig feels victimised and sulks, while Derek is unrepentant Day 18 ? Monday 13 June 2005 9.50am Overnight Big Brother transformed the house into a pirate ship for the weekly task. The housemates are woken to the sound of a sea shanty song. Roberto is first to jump out of bed and jig around, closely followed by Anthony. 10.12am Big Beard has placed a barrel and 11 swords in the garden. The housemates are instructed to draw swords and the person with the longest sword will be the Captain for the duration of the task. Science is the penultimate housemate to draw and his sword is the longest, ?Captain Science is the name.? He proudly announces. 1.00pm Captain Science has asked the pirates to tidy up last night?s mess in the living room. Meanwhile, Derek and Roberto are on look-out duty in the crow?s nest (loft). Craig goes to join in their conversation. Derek tells Craig and Roberto about something he heard Saskia say earlier and soon talk turns to today?s nominations; ?I?ve now cottoned on to what their (Saskia and Maxwell) strategy is. She is the silent assassin, she orchestrates it. She needs to be put up (for eviction), that?d really surprise her. They think they?re invincible.? Says Derek. Roberto and Craig agree. 1.12pm Science, Maxwell and Anthony are in the bedroom talking about the mess in the house. ?I feel like a waiter in here, ? complains Captain Science, ?I?m like a cleaner. I?m sorry if I offended you out there, that?s just how I talk.? Derek and Craig are on watch in the crow?s nest. The flag is raised above the garden signalling them to summon the other pirates by ringing the bell. The other shipmates have just 3 minutes to get into full costume and congregate on the pirate ship in the garden, all the time calling ?Land Ahoy!? Captain Science struggles to call order amongst his pirates as the calls for ?Land Ahoy? drown him out. 3.48pm Big Beard has called all housemate to the living room for this week?s round of nominations. Craig, Derek and Roberto are the only three housemates not to have made their nominations when Big Brother announces that; ?it is a fundamental rule that nominations must be housemates? own choice and must not be influenced.? The plasma screen is then turned on and the footage of Craig, Derek and Roberto?s earlier conversations about Saskia is played out to the group. ?You f***ing wankers. You?re well out of order.? Shouts Maxwell who is quick to jump to Saskia?s defence. ?I don?t understand, ?pleads Craig, ?Why am I being victimised? I haven?t done anything.? Saskia shuts them all up; ?I?m cool as a cucumber. I feel people can discuss whatever. You don?t have to like me, it?s dog-eat-dog. Let?s just see who wins ? end of!? 6.03pm Most of the housemates are still in the living room. Vanessa tells them that Derek said to her that; ?Saskia has too much power in the house.? In the loft, Derek is unrepentant; ?She is an assassin.? While Saskia talks to Science in the bedroom, ?Whatever, I?m not here to make friends ? I?m here on a gameshow.? Craig goes to the Diary Room to speak to Big Brother. ?I don?t understand what?s going on because I said nothing about nominations. In fact people have said things to me about nominations and I came and told you! Why have I mean included Big Brother? Please tell me. All I was doing was defending Science because he was being treated unfairly just because he works at the task.? 7.26pm Kemal and Makosi are in the kitchen talking about what happened earlier. ?The most dangerous thing about Craig is he doesn?t realise what he?s done.? Says Makosi. Kemal agrees. Science, Saskia and Anthony are in the living room, while Maxwell is in the Diary Room. ?There are a couple of slippery little people in here and it?s all coming out now. Roberto and Derek?.not Del-boy anymore, that?s too affectionate, he?s Derek! I can?t believe they targeted Saskia, she?s a lovely girl and one of the nicest people I?ve met in my life, let alone in here. I?m just gonna try and ignore them. If Craig packs his suitcase and runs out of the door then I hope he packs Roberto and Derek and takes them with him.? 7.45pm The housemates have been set a pirate song writing task. The must write and perform a sea shanty including the words blimey, swashbuckle and salty seamen. 8.41pm 41 minutes after being set the sea shanty task Big Beard gathers the housemates on the pirate ship to perform the song. Craig is the only housemate who makes a half-hearted attempt at singing and as soon as it is over sulks back to the bedroom alone. 10.15pm Last night Big Brother rewarded Roberto, Anthony and Derek with a luxury food fridge, but no other housemate is allowed to eat any of the contents. Anthony opens up the fridge and allows Sam and Kemal to steal all the food. Sam, Saskia, Kemal, Maxwell and Anthony set about devouring the luxury food in the living room, when Big Brother calls Anthony to the Diary Room. He returns to the group and tells them that he is on strict orders to return all of the food to the store-room immediately. ?I suggest you scoff everything down now.? He tells them. So they all start stuffing chocolate cake into their mouths. 10.43pm Anthony, Sam and Kemal are reluctantly returning the remains of the stolen food to Big Brother. Craig is alone in the bedroom when Saskia goes in. He confronts her; ?You have to see it from my point of view. I didn?t say anything about you. I?m being portrayed like a piece of shit and that?s why I want to leave.? Saskia is not convinced; ?So why is it you were not allowed to vote then?? ?I promise on my Mum and Dad?s lives, I didn?t say anything about you. I?m just wondering why you are feeling so hostile towards me?? He continues. But Saskia is unmoved and reminds him of his ?bitching.? 2.30am Saskia and Maxwell are keeping watch in the crow?s nest while the other housemates are sleeping in the bedroom. They hatch a cunning plan to pretend that the flag has been raised in order to make the others get out of bed. They ring the bell and the sleepy housemates jump to action and put on their pirate costumes and gather on the pirate ship in the garden ? much to the joy of Saskia and Maxwell. Despite sword waving and chanting nothing happened and they eventually trooped back inside, grumbling and tired. All except Sam and a very reluctant Craig who were ordered by Captain Science to take over in the crow?s nest. "I nearly wet myself!" Saskia laughs as she and Maxwell headed off to a warm bed. Mission accomplished.

Day 19: (14/06/2004 - Tuesday)

Is romance blossoming for Makosi and Anthony? Kemal is once more at the receiving end of a glass of water over his head The nominations are announced and some housemates are very happy with the results? Day 19 ? Tuesday 14 June 2005 10.18am Science and Makosi?s argument is interrupted by Sam shouting ?land ahoy? and running into the house. All the seamen grab their oars, jump onto the ship and start rowing. 10.51am Science, Max and Saskia are in the bedroom. Anthony is talking to Big Brother about the mood in the house. ?It?s just craps, non-existent,? he says, ?people aren?t getting on. The task?s failed, we failed again so we?re not going to get any nice food or alcohol.? He then tells Big Brother that he hasn?t spoken to Derek for a while. ?He doesn?t particularly like me and I don?t like him,? he says. He continues, ?Roberto?s got a game-plan going on. He?s really determined not to get up for eviction.? 11.15pm Most of the housemates are in bed. Captain Science, Kemal and Anthony are in the kitchen. Science isn?t allowed to perform any menial tasks so asks Kemal to make him something to eat. Kemal doesn?t like the way he?s asked so he and Science argue and Science pours water over him. 11.24am Captain Science is called to the Diary Room. Big Brother asks him if he thinks it?s constructive to throw water over Kemal. He tells Big Brother Kemal?s getting a dose of his own medicine because he wound him up. He says, ?if it?s an apology he?s after, he?s not going to get it.? Big Brother reminds him to treat his housemates with respect. Meanwhile, Kemal tells the others that he?s not going to make Science any food. 12.40pm Derek is in the kitchen. Science and Vanessa are discussing food. Anthony, Makosi and Kemal are in the crow?s nest. Makosi says, ?Anthony baby, what can you do alone here with me?? Anthony tells her, ?let?s get it on.? Makosi asks Kemal to leave them alone and then tells Anthony that when they were all up for eviction, he was the only person she didn?t want to leave. Anthony jokingly responded, ??cause I?m not just a piece of meat.? Makosi responds, ?you?ve got a good personality?and a huge package.? Anthony looks embarrassed and Makosi asks him if he thinks his mum will be watching. Anthony tells Makosi that before he came onto the show his friends told him that if there was a black girl in the house then he?d be with her, especially as he?s never been with a black girl before. He then asks her if she really is a virgin so Makosi teases him. ?Why do you think I?m not?? She asks. He responds, ?because you?re 24 and a very sexual person.? ??and because of the way I groped your dick,? she continues. Anthony laughs and says, ?don?t beat around the bush, just say what you feel.? Makosi observes, ?you doubt whether I?m a virgin or not. Do you wanna find out?? Anthony nervously asks how he could find out and then asks, ?do you mean by having sex?? Makosi asks, ?how would you want to find out? Ask me and I?ll help you.? Anthony responds, ?sounds to me that you wanna get jiggy with us.? Makosi tells him, ?however way you want to find out, I will help you find out. I?ll do my part in helping you and I?m a woman of my word.? 2.08pm Craig, Science and Derek are in the seating area. Craig announces he hates people who don?t show remorse and Derek refers to Makosi as a hypocrite, ?she?s supposed to be a Christian.? Science reminds them of the time she was in her bed naked and the others pulled her bedding off her. Craig is happy with his new friends and welcomes them to the ?Craig Empire?. In the loft Vanessa tells Kemal she once thought Science had a nice side but now can?t be bothered with him. She says she was ?close to tears? when she last spoke to him. Kemal is surprised he?s ?one of the normal ones in the house.? He concludes that the sooner Science ?leaves the better.? 2.50pm Some of the housemates are in the kitchen. Maxwell and Saskia are now keeping lookout in the Crow?s Nest. Makosi, Anthony and Sam are in the garden Makosi tells Sam she?s not materialistic but likes the ?pimp look.? She wants girls to scream at her man, let him walk around then strike. Anthony listens open-mouthed then responds, ?I like glam girls with blonde or brunette hair, slim build, big boobs and a pretty face?and black girls.? Makosi smiles and whispers to Sam ?he?s describing me.? 5.15pm Big Brother has gathered all the housemates in the living room to reveal this week?s nominations. Yesterday, Big Brother showed housemates footage of Derek, Roberto and Craig discussing nominating Saskia. As a punishment they were not allowed to vote this week Big Brother announces Derek, Roberto and Sam are up for nomination. Maxwell points at Derek and Roberto and says, ?I hope one of you fucking walk and I can?t wait.? Derek says he wants to leave and Maxwell hopes its Roberto. Science says that despite arguments he likes them both, leading to Maxwell calling him two-faced. Saskia says, ?I still hold a grudge but we have a task? it doesn?t matter if we don?t like each other.? Big Brother allows housemates to leave the living room and Roberto sings ?every day I love you less and less.? Saskia hugs Sam and says ?you?ll be fine babe.? Maxwell encourages her ?crack on like you are? even though he nominated her yesterday. Derek gets into bed and sings ?everyday is a great day.? Craig then reminds Roberto, Derek and Sam they all have a 38% chance of leaving. Kemal comes to the Diary Room to talk about Roberto?s nomination ?hallelujah and amen,? he says. He then pleads to the viewers, ?the bitch has been punked! He?s crumbled, finished and washed up. He needs to go?please free of us Roberto and praise the lord amen. He is one punked bitch and needs to go on Friday.? 6.48pm It?s been 56 minutes since Big Brother announced this week?s nomination. Science, Derek and Roberto are in the kitchen. Makosi and Vanessa are in the Crow?s Nest. Craig asks Makosi and Vanessa if they need a sexual partner. Makosi says if things get heated she?ll shag Anthony. She then tells them she had a lovely chat with him today. Vanessa admits she fancied him at first but can see he likes Makosi. ?He flirts with us all but he actually likes you?you go all girly and fluffy around him, it?s so sweet.? 8.03pm Makosi and Kemal are in the Crow?s Nest. Craig is in the living room. Derek is in the seating area. Vanessa, Saskia and Science are asleep in the bedroom. Maxwell, Saskia, and Anthony are in the Diary Room talking to Big Brother. Maxwell asks Big Brother for some alcohol, ?we?re dressed in these ridiculous outfits, jumping ship every 5 minutes and cant even remember the taste of alcohol?who knows you might even see some romance.? Saskia pulls a face. Referring to the nominations Maxwell says, ?every snake has its day.? Saskia describes Roberto, ?his chin?s at his knees, cheeks up here and he?s fucking vile.? She then calls Derek a ?Malteser head.? Big Brother asks why they feel the need to be merry. Maxwell says, ?we wanna? you should try it some time.? 12.25am Saskia, Anthony and Maxwell are keeping watch in the crow?s nest. Most of the other housemates are in the seating area. Over the past hour Big Brother has reprimanded all of the housemates except Craig ? who was already punished for discussion of nominations with a nomination ban. Vanessa talks of her holiday in Dubai, she says it?s part of Africa. Craig explains the sun hasn?t set on the British Empire for 100-200 years. He then says aliens brought us to earth and how the earth is a colony. ?My clients tell me?its very interesting.? 3.30am Most of the housemates are asleep. Seamen Derek and Roberto are keeping watch in the crow?s nest. Maxwell says goodnight to Saskia, ?sweet dreams, night sweetheart.? Anthony does press ups on the bedroom floor. Roberto sits looking out from the crows nest.

Day 20: (15/06/2004 - Wednesday)

Big Brother hosts a ?speed dating? night and the housemates get very close? After the speed dating task is over, Derek dons a dress and invites Kamal to join him in the ?love loft? Science and Kemal make amends after Science receives a formal warning from Big Brother Day 20 ? Wednesday 15 June 2005 10.09am Sam and Vanessa are in the Crow?s Nest. The rest of the housemates are asleep in the bedroom. Today is the third and final day of this week?s pirate task. The housemates don?t know they?ve already failed the task and will receive a minimal shopping budget of just ?1 per person per day for the next week. Each morning of the task the housemates are awoken with a nautical alarm. Once the alarm sounds, the able seamen have five minutes to gather aboard their ship and sing a pirate song to Captain Science. Five minutes and three seconds later, Maxwell is still not onboard, incurring the housemates? 27th fail so far. The alarm plays and the housemates reluctantly get out of bed. They slowly walk to the ship and sing their song. Science conducts enthusiastically whilst the others barely move their mouths. Science tells them all, ?you should be ashamed of yourselves, now off the boat!? 12.06am Maxwell, Saskia, Roberto and Anthony are in the bedroom. Under the rules of the task, the crow?s nest must be manned by a minimum of two seamen at any time. Kemal has abandoned his duties to join the other housemates in the kitchen. Yesterday the housemates were told that Derek, Roberto and Sam would all face the public vote on Friday. Derek comes to the Diary Room to talk to Big Brother. Kemal leaves Makosi alone in the Crow?s Nest to make some food. Science shouts at him for breaking a rule but Kemal defends himself saying, ?I?m starving.? Science replies, ?we?re all hungry?forget it and lets fail.? Derek tells Big Brother, ?yesterday I asked for a message to be passed onto my housekeeper. I?d like 4 Barbara Streisland CDs? I have a premonition I?m leaving although it?s extraordinary to think I?m more unpopular than Sam?dear god the time has come.? 1.38pm Big Beard has instructed Captain Science to gather in the garden to complete the final part of their three day Pirate Task. The seamen must transfer bilge water from two barrels full of fish guts to an empty barrel so that a bottle, containing a message, floats to the top. The seamen must form a chain in between the two barrels to transfer the water and must only use the five buckets provided. The Captain must not assist with the transfer of the bilge water but may offer encouragement and advice. When the bottle reaches the white marker at the top of the barrel, the Captain must remove it and read the message out to the seamen. Derek is not impressed when Science instructs him to stand in line. The housemates squeal as they transfer fish guts from one barrel to another. They cheer at the end and Science reads the message in the bottle stating they have lost the task and will therefore receive a limited shopping budget. Maxwell and Anthony pour the remaining fish water over Science. He takes it quite well. 2.39pm Anthony is in the garden taking a shower. Roberto, Derek, Saskia and Maxwell are in the kitchen and dining area. Makosi and Sam are in the loft. Sam tells Makosi she thinks of her and Kemal as ?family? and she?ll miss them if she leaves. Makosi says she wont go and she?ll look after her if she gets picked on. Sam thanks her and giggles. 4.03pm Vanessa, Maxwell and Saskia are in the garden. Derek and Science are in the bedroom. Roberto is in the Diary Room talking to Big Brother. Big Brother asks Roberto how he feels about being nominated. Roberto explains he prepared a long time ago and the only surprise was Sam?s reaction. He doesn?t believe she expected it and didn?t like the fact she was in the mix. He adds that Sam and Vanessa don?t bring anything to the house. He concludes, ?Big Brother I know you?re not nasty but I don?t trust you entirely?you?re a cheeky monkey.? 4.20pm Most of the housemates are in the bedroom. Derek and Roberto are eating their dinner at the dining table. Earlier this week housemates were shown a video of Craig, Derek and Roberto discussing Saskia in relation to this week?s forthcoming eviction. Saskia comes to the Diary Room to talk to Big Brother Anthony says no to Craig when he asks to try his hat on. Craig squeals, ?don?t be a bitch,? Makosi observes they fancy each other and Craig defends him saying, ?you?re not gay, you just take pride in your appearance?.? 4.34pm Derek is in the kitchen. The rest of the housemates are in the bedroom. Maxwell shouts at Roberto for talking and says, ?don?t talk to me, I don?t like you, you don?t like me.? Roberto responds saying it?s wrong they don?t talk and Maxwell retorts, ?that?s life now take a jog.? Roberto calls him a loser and Maxwell concludes, ?cook your Italian spaghetti? and walks away. 8.14pm Derek and Roberto are in the kitchen. The other housemates are in the bedroom. Derek observes Sam has ?come out of her shell.? Roberto says ?that?s strange?? In the bedroom Saskia is giving Maxwell a massage. Makosi sprays compressed water on Anthony and then Science. She then sprays it up her dress to cool her down. Craig says she?s scaring Anthony so she straddles him and asks, ?I don?t scare you, do I?? Anthony replies, ?I wouldn?t say no.? Makosi says she?s going to make herself look beautiful for tonight and adds Vanessa cant share her bed tonight. 9.18 Maxwell, Saskia, Vanessa, Anthony and Craig are in the bedroom. The other housemates are at the seating area. Yesterday, during an argument, Science threw a glass of water in Kemal?s face. Big Brother calls Science to the Diary Room to discuss his behaviour. Referring to the incident when Science threw water in Kemal?s face, Big Brother says, ?it was unprovoked and unacceptable behaviour and therefore you are issued with a formal warning. Big Brother does not tolerate threatening behaviour.? Science responds softly, ?I?m not making excuses but I come from hard surroundings. I?ve not been dealt the biggest cards and I have to keep my aspirations and dreams?that?s why I?m here. I don?t want to make people feel attacked or hurt in anyway.? 10:56pm Big Brother has turned the loft into a ?Love Loft? for the evening so the housemates can get to know each other better and participate in a speed-dating mini-task. Big Brother has gathered the housemates at the dining table and provided a hamper filled with alcohol and 11 dating cards. Each housemate will host a speed date session in the loft with a kissing noise being played in to indicate when the 2 minutes is up. The housemates? individual dating cards contain the names of the 3 housemates they will speed date. Anthony opens his envelope to discover he has dates with Makosi, Craig and Roberto. Derek will speed?date Vanessa, Makosi and Science. Maxwell will date Saskia, Vanessa and Science, he winks at Saskia and she smiles. When Roberto discovers he?s dating Makosi, Saskia and Maxwell, he says ?what a bunch of mother funkies.? Sam giggles when she reads her dates are with Science, Anthony and Roberto. 11:28pm Most of the housemates are getting changed for their dates in the bedroom. Anthony is the first housemate to host a date in the love loft. He is joined by Makosi. Anthony?s 2nd date is Craig. Makosi enters the Love Loft and Anthony tells her she looks beautiful. He asks, ?are your eyelashes real? They look false, close them a minute.? She closes her eyes and he kisses her. She sits on top of them and they continue kissing until the kissing buzzer sounds, signalling that their date is over. Makosi shouts, ?fuck you! I don?t believe it,? to Big Brother and walks out the loft. Craig is next in the Love Loft. ?I?m coming darling,? he tells Anthony. Anthony asks Craig to describe his favourite partner and Craig answers,?you.? He then throws sweets into Anthony?s mouth until he tells Craig to ?fuck off.? 11.59pm Most of the housemates are in the living room. Science is alone in the bedroom. Next in the love loft are Kemal and Roberto. Kemal is wearing a red kimono, stilettos and a flower in his hair. He lies on his side and spreads condoms around him. Roberto enters and sits close saying, ?you look fabulous.? Kemal asks him to describe his favourite meal and Roberto replies, ?if I have you, that will be it.? Kemal says he?s ?available for starter, main and dessert.? Kemal asks Roberto to describe his ideal partner; he replies ?curly dark hair, mysterious brown eyes and a red sexy dressing gown.? He then rubs Kemal?s legs. When he leaves Kemal says, ?oh my days, I thought he was going to snog me?he wants me!? 12.17am Most of the housemates are in the living room. Sam goes to join Makosi in the love loft. Makosi asks Sam to describe her best personality traits. Sam replies, ?lets just snog??so they do. Once up for air, Makosi says, ?I?d offer you champagne if I had any.? Sam laughs and says, ?thank god you didn?t reject me.? 12.26am Makosi and Science are in the bedroom. Maxwell is preparing for his date with Saskia. Maxwell?s next date is Vanessa. Makosi talks to Science, ?I know you?re not happy, you always have something to say, you?re low so tell me what?s wrong.? Science insists he?s fine and Makosi says she?s here if he needs her. In the Love Loft, Maxwell spreads sweets on his chest. ?If this doesn?t work, nothing will.? Saskia enters and he tells her she?s the most beautiful girl in the world. She eats the sweets from his chest and they kiss. Maxwell says, ?you?re fantastic?I?ve waited all my life to do that.? As Vanessa struggles up the stairs, Maxwell shouts, ?I?ve got 2 minutes, not 2 hours.? He asks to see her party trick and she reluctantly does a lap dance. Maxwell asks her to remove her trousers. She says, ?no.? 1.03am Some of the housemates are in the living room. Sam is speed-dating Anthony in the Love Loft. Sam does an awkward lap-dance for Anthony. As she laughs and dances, Anthony complains she?s spat in his face. She removes her top and unbuttons his jeans. ?What?s going on here?you?re not getting my willy out,? he tells her. She flashes her bum instead. Anthony apologises for having no money. She replies, ?its okay, I?m cheap.? 1:19am Saskia is in the Love loft. Derek is joining her for a 2-minute speed date. Saskia asks Derek what he thinks of women and if he finds them intimidating. Derek says, ?I like some and not others?I adore powerful women.? Saskia asks if he has been called a bitch before. He explains he speaks his mind and is forthright. Saskia asks if he?s 2-faced and Derek says, ?it depends what you mean.? She then says, ?turn me on and bark like a dog.? Derek ?woofs? as loud as he can. Saskia concludes, ?you?re definitely a dog.? 1.31am Derek is putting on women?s clothes in the bedroom. Anthony, Roberto, Sam, Craig, Saskia and Maxwell are in the living room. Science is hosting a date in the love loft with Kemal. It has been 4 hours and 13 minutes since Big Brother gave Science a formal warning for throwing a glass of water in Kemal?s face yesterday during a row. Derek is in the bedroom, wearing women?s clothes. Makosi tells the others she is concerned about Science. ?He was crying and Science doesn?t cry, Craig cries everyday.? Craig moans??no I don?t.? Science asks Kemal how he felt when he threw water in his face. Kemal says he felt intimidated and it was a cheap shot. Science says, ?I was wound up, and I?ve had time to think so I apologise?from the heart.? Kemal accepts his apology and they shake hands. 2am The speed-dating task is over. Derek and Science are in the bedroom. Most of the housemates are in the living room. Derek walks out of the bedroom wearing women?s clothing and says,?I?m the lady of the house?. Kemal come along.? Kemal responds, ?he cant upstage me.? In the Love Loft Kemal jokingly tells Derek their passion is too strong. Derek says he ?has longed for this moment.? Kemal asks him to describe his perfect date, he replies, ?curly black hair, deep brown eyes, honour and beauty? I will take you in a private jet wherever you desire? I?ll savour every moment.? They both groan and Derek shouts so the rest of the housemates can hear, ?I feel it coming?? They both laugh.

Day 21: (16/06/2004 - Thursday)

DEREK, SAM and ROBERTO face eviction tonight, but who will the public vote out? The third housemate to be evicted from the Big Brother house will leave during tonight?s 10pm show, to be greeted by Davina and the awaiting crowd. Plus highlights from the past 24 hours include; Day 21 ? Thursday 16 June 2005 10.32am After a very late night, Derek is the only housemate awake and is washing up in the kitchen. The others are woken up by the morning alarm. 12.27pm Craig and Maxwell are chatting about last night in the seating area. ?Did you enjoy giving Saskia a massage? Would you like to go on a date with her in the outside world?? inquires Craig. ?She?s well out of my league.? Admits Maxwell. ?I?ve got a huge opinion of myself, but an even higher one of her!? 12.41pm Roberto is in the Diary Room talking to Big Brother about last night. ?Yeah it was great fun. It came at the right time because it was a big bonding exercise. It was nice for Derek to have some flirting time (with Kemal) to cheer him up.? Big Brother asks who he would like to see leave tomorrow? ?I voted for Sam. But I think the girl has started to come out of her shell. Fundamentally I don?t believe she is a bad girl, just a little bit insecure.? 1.45pm Sam, Kemal and Vanessa have been compiling the shopping list for the past 40 minutes. They have only ?1 per person, per day for the next week and only 10% of that can be spent on alcohol. Maxwell joins them and asks if his allowance can be 12 cans of lager. 2.16pm Big Brother asks a housemate to deliver the shopping list to the Diary Room. Maxwell is quick to oblige. ?Don?t you be changing it.? Yells Kemal. In the Diary Room, Maxwell tells Big Brother; ?I?ve asked for one thing and they don?t listen to me. So I want to doctor it. Three chickens? But I want booze, so one day we?ll have to have a liquid lunch.? He changes the shopping list. On re-joining the group, Maxwell confides in Saskia; ?I put an extra mayonnaise in there for you and took off a chicken and put some booze on there. I done it with you in mind to be honest with you, to get you pissed!? 3.24pm Saskia and Maxwell are in the living room examining a spot on Maxwell?s chin. Saskia asks him; ?Why are you in such a foul mood? You?re being a prick today, you haven?t made me laugh once.? Meanwhile, in the bedroom, Derek is massaging Kemal?s feet and Makosi is massaging Anthony?s back. 5.43pm Maxwell, Craig and Anthony have each just given Saskia a back massage. Most of the others are in the bedroom. Sam goes to the Diary Room: ?Last night was really good thankyou. But today the divisions are clear again. Anthony snogging Makosi was quite surprising. I didn?t think he fancied her. The fact that he enjoyed his lap dance surprised me. I do fancy him sometimes and I think he fancies me.? On the looming eviction, ?I?m a bit worried, but hopefully Roberto will go.? 10.39pm Vanessa, Saskia, Maxwell, Anthony and Makosi are in the living room when Maxwell asks; ?Who do you think will go tomorrow?? Vanessa and Derek both agree on Derek. ?I don?t think Sam deserves to go.? Comments Saskia and agrees that Derek is ?sly.? 11.05pm Craig and Roberto are in the kitchen. ?Are you nervous about tomorrow?? Craig asks him. ?No.? replies Roberto. ?I?m more than content with the fact that I?ve been here.? ?I?m happy you?ve been here. I don?t want you to go.? Says Craig. Meanwhile, Derek is in the Diary Room: ?I?m feeling optimistic about the future. (Looking forward to the) rewards for sticking to my guns and being myself. But I am furious with Big Brother for not putting some hunks in the house. Now in my 40s I want to start acting like I should?ve in my 20s ? hopping from bed to bed. Only thing I?d miss is if you decided to parachute in some hunks. I liked ?living in a box?, I rather enjoyed that experience. It reminded me of my fellow housemates ? nothing much to look at and couldn?t have an intelligent conversation with it either. Oh maybe I shouldn?t say that.? He laughs.
