Day 1 ? Friday 27 May 2005 9.14pm The new Big Brother housemates arrive. Derek enters and shouts, ?home at last, look at those beds?oh gosh?swish?posh! How lovely? jolly comfy.? Lesley follows wearing a nurses uniform, ?Oh my fucking god!? Derek greets her with, ?well you?re asking for attention wearing that, now calm down darling.? Sam is next in and compliments Lesley on her outfit. Derek pours the girls water and tells them to wait for the champagne. Max enters saying, ?Hang about?off the hook!? He turns to Sam and says ?you?re bang in trouble!? Vanessa enters and compliments the girls on their looks. Anthony who claims he is ?shitting bricks? follows her. He then turns to Lesley and asks if she?s wearing a Wonderbra. She says she isn?t and Anthony replies ?well you?re doing wonders for me!? Roberto walks in and says ?Finally, Jesus Christ!? When Mary arrives, she stands waiting for the door to open but Big Brother encourages her to open the door. Science walks in and shouts ?Good day to one and all. Nice to see you to see you nice.? As soon as Saskia enters Lesley asks, ?they?re not real are they?? Kemal is the final housemate, he walks down the stairs saying ?Come on headscarf, stay on my head bitch.? Once inside the house he shouts ?Hi darlings I?m Kemal? and kisses them all hello. 10.08pm ? Makosi?s Secret Mission It has been two minutes since the last housemate arrived. Big Brother calls one housemate to the Diary Room and Makosi is the first to enter. Big Brother explains her secret mission. Makosi has to receive the highest number of nominations in order to immune herself from the first eviction. Despite the thorough explanation, Makosi misunderstands the task, thinking she has to rely on the public to keep her in. Big Brother informs the housemates that Makosi has won them a canap頰arty, so she comes out to a welcome cheer 10.48pm Most of the housemates are by the pool. Roberto and Mary are in the kitchen. In the pool, Max tells Makosi that she?s saved herself from nominations. Mary and Roberto chat in the kitchen about the house. Roberto says it?s different to what he expected and Mary asks where the Diary Room is. Vanessa and Craig sit on the bed talking about themselves. Craig says ?What you see is what you get?some people bitch to make themselves feel good, I do it because I don?t like them.? Vanessa comments that she wishes there were more fit guys for them both. They then discuss Kemal?s outfit, Craig asks ?What is that Indian outfit about?? Vanessa says the witch intrigues her and Craig points out she more ?Herbal than black.? 11.09pm - Mary wants to leave The housemates have been in the house for 57 minutes. Vanessa, Derek, Craig and Kemal are in the Living Room. Most of the other housemates are by the pool. Max runs from the pool into the living room and jumps on top of Vanessa. Mary visits the diary room and tells Big Brother she wants to leave, ?I?ve made a mistake coming here. The reality of what I?ve done just hit me and if I had a wand I?d go back in time.? She goes on to tell Big Brother she finds comfort in the gnomes as they have a quality and natural essence. She says ?I feel vulnerable and I?ve made a mistake in my heart.? 11.33pm Makosi, Lesley and Kemal are in the loft. Derek is in the kitchen. It?s been 24 minutes since Mary told Big Brother she wanted to leave the Big Brother house. Vanessa approaches Mary and asks if she?s ok. Science asks what the ?witch thing? is about and Mary explains its part of her personality, which Craig says is fabulous. Mary tells Science that she feels shit and he advises her not to be alone and reminds her it?s only the first day. Mary is open and tells Vanessa that her heart went when she entered the house. Vanessa says she needs to wait before making her mind up. Craig makes an attempt to put her at ease ?I?m shitting it, fucking fuck them!? 11.37pm Makosi, Lesley and Kemal are in the loft. Lesley and Makosi discuss Roberto?s sexuality. Makosi is positive Roberto is straight. Lesley asks if Kemal is bisexual, he explains neither men nor women repulse him. Makosi agrees ?nobody can say they don?t like chicken if they haven?t tried it.? Lesley answers ?I haven?t had mushrooms but I?ve got a phobia.? Makosi loves all men and appreciates their sexuality. 12.27am ? Truth Game Mary and Saskia are at the seating area. Most of the housemates are in the living room. Mary tells Saskia they communicate on a telepathic level. They discuss star signs, which Saskia knows little about. In the living room, Makosi introduces a game of truths. Each housemate has to say three statements: 1 true, 2 false. They have to guess which is the true statement. Kemal uses this opportunity to come out to his housemates and his parents (who didn?t know his sexuality before this game). Makosi uses the game to inform her housemates she is a virgin, to which Roberto inappropriately sings ?Like a Virgin.? Anthony tells the group he?s a 70?s dancer and to prove it he does the ?donkey hop? 12.42pm - Spin the Bottle Derek is the first housemate to go to bed. Most of the housemates are still in the living room Housemates in the Living Room play ?Spin the Bottle?. Lesley?s spin lands on Vanessa who looks reluctant to snog her, so Anthony suggests a 3-way snog. The girls oblige whilst the other cheer. Max gives Anthony?s a congratulatory handshake and Roberto excuses himself from the game. Anthony and Max agree it?s not ?his crack.? 1.48am Saskia, Anthony, Lesley, Sam, Maxwell and Science are in the living room. Big Brother has called Makosi to the diary room. Earlier tonight Big Brother gave Makosi a secret mission, to get the most nominations from her fellow housemates. Big Brother calls Makosi to check if she has understood her mission. Big Brother explains the task and asks her how she?ll go about it. Makosi says ?that?s easy?I?ll just annoy them and it will be me, me, me!? Makosi enters the Loft, where the housemates ask about her diary room visit. She says she can?t stand them being nosey and storms out. Roberto, Kemal and Craig are left in shock, Kemal says ?I?m generally worried about the girl? and Craig thinks she has to vote somebody else. Makosi goes to the Living Room where the housemates also ask her about the diary room visit. Again, Makosi shouts ?you?re nosey, leave me alone!? 2.33am Derek is the only housemate in bed. Some of the housemates are in the loft. Lesley is in the Diary Room talking to Big Brother Lesley goes to the diary room to talk about her fellow housemates. She initially liked Sam but now thinks she?s stealing the limelight. She found Saskia ignorant at first and sees her as competition due to her boobs. She thinks Vanessa is lovely but hasn?t bonded with her, despite the 3-way snog. She says the guys are full of it and Anthony will have girls throwing themselves at him. She thinks Kemal is fabulous and has loads of guts. 3.01am The housemates discuss showering naked in the Big Brother house. Craig says it?s the one thing he doesn?t want to do but Makosi says that is hypocritical behaviour. Makosi manages to turn it into an argument and shouts at both Craig and Mary. Mary tells her to calm down and listen to others. She explains that they are both emotionally open and sensitive but she should always let others speak. Makosi says ?I?ve got a feeling people don?t like me.? Roberto tells her that?s not the case and she needs to grow up. 3.54am Maxwell, Kemal and Anthony are in the loft. Makosi is sharing a bed with Lesley. Kemal informs the boys they have missed a debate. Anthony says ?I can?t be arsed with things like that.? Max tells the others they need to look after Mary as she wants to leave.  [top]    Day 02: (28/05/2005 - Saturday) coming soon  [top]   Day 03: (29/05/2005 - Sunday) Derek calls for order in the house. Makosi enjoys winding up her housemates Craig struggles to settle into his new home Day 3 ? Sunday 29 May 2005 8.30am Most of the housemates are still in bed. Derek is alone in the kitchen musing about his fellow housemates. He goes to the Diary Room to talk to Big Brother; ?I am the self-appointed ?enforcer? in the house. We're going to have a meeting, we're going to iron out one or two issues about practicality, about living in a house together. We must all understand certain rules and ensure the cooperation of every housemate. I?m sure the public will reject those who do not stick to the rules.? 9.59am Derek has been cleaning for 1 hour and 20 minutes. The Big Brother wake-up alarm sounds ? the Big Brother rules state that the housemates must all get up when the alarm sounds. Makosi refuses to get out of bed. The others shout over the alarm for her to get up, but she won?t budge. Eventually Science goes to talk to her; ?Is it a ?time of the month? thing?? he asks. A weepy Makosi responds, ?I?m just tired.? 10.24am Lesley, Kemal, Makosi and Roberto are in the bedroom. Roberto and Makosi are arguing about her refusal to get out of bed earlier. Makosi will not back down, ?If that alarm sounds again tomorrow I am not getting up. Why? Because I am Makosi.? Roberto is incensed; ?Whatever,?. Minger!? Derek then intervenes and calls for a house meeting later today. 10.55am Derek is taking a shower. Craig and Roberto are in the garden while the rest are in the living area. Kemal goes to the Diary Room; ?There?s a division in the house. It?s super bitchy, every waking minute of the day there?s an argument. Max is the instigator, he instigates arguments and situations. Anthony just doesn?t want to be voted out, he relies too much on being good looking. And Derek?.How did Derek get in here? Did he just walk in by accident? I get on with Lesley?.at the moment. And Science, we had a healthy debate, he?s not a bad person ? he?s just deluded. He isn?t bitching about me behind my back and for that I respect him.? 12.29pm All of the housemates are gathered in the garden because Derek has requested a house meeting. They discuss the sharing out of kitchen chores and then Derek proposes they decide on a ?lights out time? for the bedroom. Makosi tried to stir up trouble by objecting to various motions, and setting off a flurry of chatter. Derek then silenced the chat, "We are not a beer garden!" He commanded. 1.53pm The housemates are given their first group task ? to get into pairs and paint portraits of each other. Mary immediately sets to work painting a portrait of Kemal gushing, ?You really are a beautiful person, inside and out.? 3.27pm The housemates must now present their portraits to the group. Lesley notes that Craig ?looks like a gnome.? Makosi is much more complementary about Derek, ?He has warm mysterious eyes.? Derek return the compliments, ?This is not a work of art, but my subject (Makosi) certainly is. Everything about her is charismatic and beautiful.? To which the others laugh, until Makosi snaps ?If you think it?s so funny you can stop, yeah!? 4.17pm Derek and Kemal are chatting in the bedroom while most of the others are in the living area. ?I thought it?d be a good thing if nothing else to be the only Tory who knows anything about popular culture.? Says Derek. Meanwhile, Makosi is in the Diary room talking about her secret task. ?I?ve done the big job. Yesterday was so difficult. But now I think I could do this task for the rest of the 10 weeks.? She then joins Derek and Kemal in the bedroom and lies about her conversation with Big Brother to wind up her fellow housemates; ?I have to wash those aprons to get red wine, but I?m not doing it. I?m gonna tell them to annoy them.? She then goes into the living area and tells the others who are immediately infuriated with her. ?I?m not doing it, it?s not fair.? She maintains. Anthony tries to change her mind, ?Bite the bullet and do it for the rest of the guys, please.? She refuses again and he calls her a ?spoil sport? to which she feigns tears. Later, Derek, Kemal and Makosi congregate in the toilet where Derek congratulates her on a convincing performance, ?Darling, you?re gonna get an Oscar!? 5.04pm In the living room Anthony apologises for upsetting Makosi, ?I think you were out of order for doing that, but I feel bad for making you cry.? Meanwhile, in the Diary Room Derek contemplates the outcome of his meeting. ?I think the meeting was a force of good. I get the feeling that there?s more pulling of weight and sharing of tasks.? 8.34pm In the living room, Kemal treats the others to his idea of ?alternative? poetry. 8.50pm Most of the housemates are in the kitchen preparing for dinner. Craig is alone in the living area and is upset. Lesley, Science and Makosi go to talk to him. ?It?s all a bit too much for me at the minute.? He sobs. Science makes a failed attempt at cheering him up and then leaves the girls to it. ?I can?t compete for attention. I hate it when people talk over people.? Craig continues. Makosi leaves him with some kind words of wisdom, ?You need to find inner-happiness and inner goodness.? Roberto then tries to console Craig, but he is not cheered; ?I worry about pleasing everyone. I bitch, but that?s like a defence against that person. I?m a bag of nerves.? Roberto finally calls for a group hug. 3.44am Anthony, Roberto, Vanessa, Craig and Maxwell are the only housemates still awake in the living room. Anthony suddenly jumps up shouting, ?I?ve just seen a rabbit!? They all go outside to investigate and decide that it was most likely to have been a rat. Back in the living room, Roberto sneaks up on Craig and pretends that he has caught the rat. Craig jumps up and runs off in fright leaving the others in fits of laughter.  [top]    Day 04: (30/05/2005 - Monday) Makosi?s mission continues as she reveals that she has lied to her housemates over the past few days Kamal is convinced that Makosi is a secret Big Brother mole It?s Mary?s birthday and the housemates win a special witch-themed party to celebrate Anthony and Sam enjoy their first kiss? Day 4 ? Monday 30 May 2005 9.34am The housemates are awoken when Big Brother turns on the lights and plays the sound of a vacuum cleaner into the bedroom. To make herself unpopular with her housemates, Makosi has concocted a series of lies. Housemates now believe she has deliberately failed a task to win 12 bottle of wine by refusing to wash a set of aprons for Big Brother before 9am. As the housemates wake up they realise the time and that Makosi has not completed her task. Anthony says ?You should have done it before you went to bed.? Roberto calls Makosi a ?liar, cow and a spoilt brat.? Makosi and Kemal come to the diary room. Makosi is giggling and says ?It?s amazing how people jump out of bed and still hate Makosi.? Kemal says he guessed yesterday that Makosi was lying about her task. Makosi told the rest of the housemates yesterday that she had washed the aprons, to get them off her back. She then said she was going to get up at 8am to do it. They both laugh at the other housemates? stupidity and ask for 12 bottles of cherry tango instead of wine. In the bedroom, Roberto says ?I?m not surprised the NHS is in trouble?? and says that if a patient asked for help Makosi would tell them to fuck off. 10.29am Lesley, Science, Maxwell, Anthony and Roberto are in the bedroom. Makosi, Saskia and Sam are at the showers. Anthony is still ranting about Makosi saying, ?She?s an asshole.? Saskia confronts Makosi about failng her task for the housemates. Makosi continues to lie and says that Big Brother asked her to spell ?extravagant? in the diary room and that she chose to have 12 bottles of cherry tango instead of 12 bottles of wine. Saskia is annoyed and asked her how she would feel if it was the other way around. Maxwell and Anthony come to the DR. Maxwell says that ?McKenzie.. or whatever she is called.. has failed to produce the goods.? He says that Big Brother should let them all have a drink of cherry tango except Makosi. Anthony doesn?t say anything and when Maxwell says he is just there to look pretty Anthony says he cannot get a word in edgeways. 11.10am Roberto, Craig and Lesley are in the kitchen. The rest of the housemates are in the bedroom. Derek is in bed with Kemal. He says that he doesn?t want to hear any more discussions about the cherry tango. Anthony says that Derek cannot tell him what not to say. Derek spits, ?The issue is dead. Done. Finished,? and says that if Anthony does want to talk about it he will be on his own. Derek gets up and storms into the room next door screeching ?no more, no more.. CHERRY CHERRY CHERRY.? 12.28pm Maxwell, Science and Anthony are playing in the garden. Craig, Vanessa and Mary are in the kitchen. The remaining housemates are in the bedroom. Craig is styling Vanessa?s hair. Saskia is talking about her boobs. She says that she has been to lots of castings but her agent reckons that the reason she doesn?t get any parts is because she is so tall and has such big boobs. Makosi tells Saskia that in that case she might as well go into glamour modelling as that is what she is good for. Saskia says she obviously has the talent to be an actress, it is her figure that is holding her back. 2.10pm Mary is in the Diary Room talking to Big Brother. She says that some people really grate on her nerves and that Saskia is false. She feels like nothing she says is true and she wouldn?t trust her as far as she could throw her ?which wouldn?t be very far.? She thinks that at least Makosi is not afraid to be who she is and she loves attention. She thinks Sam is very insecure and Lesley is not bad, she is being herself, ?her large self.? She says that Science is amazing, a mature, balanced and incredible character but that the girls can ?just go into a little hair-straightening world and stay there.? 3.21pm The housemates have been set the task of performing a rap about their time in the house in pairs. The observing housemates have to sit at the table. They have been given accessories to help them with their task. MC Pinky (Vanessa) and Science rap. They are followed by Derek and Kemal, Saskia and Sam and Mary. Maxwell raps about all the individual housemates. His first line is ?Lesley?s tits came first, what a fright.? She doesn?t look happy, especially when Maxwell continues by saying Sam came next ?dripping in style? and Kemal looks odd ??cos he?s dressed like his mummy.? 4.48pm Lesley says to Maxwell, ?that was a bit obvious? (his rapping about Sam). ?It was so corny.? She says that Saskia also has big tits but he never said anything about hers. Saskia says that is because she keeps them covered up. Maxwell tells Lesley he thinks she showed him up in front of Sam and says ?do you want me to bow down and kiss your feet.? 4.54pm Lesley is in the toilet. She is upset about Maxwell picking on her. Craig is comforting her. She says ?he only said something bad about me. I cannot stand the guy.? 6.20pm Maxwell and Lesley are sitting on the bench in front of the windows. Maxwell says he didn?t mean to make Lesley cry. She says that she doesn?t get his sense of humour and she hasn?t heard him being funny since they got into the house. He says he is always funny. She tells him that he goes too far when he makes fun of people and he says he will happily make fun of himself. He admits that she showed her up in front of Sam. 10.10pm Big Brother has provided housemates with a witch themed party for Mary?s birthday. They have provided witch costume, face paint and a cake. They have decorated the house with cobwebs etc. The housemates are in the bedroom getting dressed up. When Big brother raises the blind they scream and run into the dining room. Mary is ecstatic and shouts ?This represents me, this is part of my essence.? She is wearing a witch hat and costume. Mary is called to the diary room. It is decorated with cobwebs and she finds her broomstick and the ingredients for a love potion on the chair. She jumps up and down and screams ?Thank you Big Brother.? She continues, ?this is me.. my lovely broom stick.. heaven has opened up and brought me gothic housemates.? She has a doll on a noose attached to her belt and she is so excited. 10.35pm Mary and Kemal are alone in the garden. They are crouched down together and Mary says ?I feel so gothic and spiritual.? Kemal agrees and jumps up and prances around the garden in his red witch dress, which reveals his white pants. They go inside and the housemates are all dancing in the living room. 12.50am Housemates are playing truth or dare in the living area. Saskia dares Craig to suck her toe, which he does. Maxwell comes to the diary room dressed as a vampire. Whilst he is in the diary room, Sam is dared to snog Anthony. Anthony looks reluctant but they have a long kiss. Whilst this is going on, Maxwell is telling Big Brother that a ?certain lady? told him earlier in the day that she thought he would be fantastic in bed. He says that he won?t be able to make any moves on her now as he would hate to disappoint her. He admits that he is talking about Sam and says she is ?the only bird? he would be interested in, in the house. He is really pleased with himself as she said it when she was sober. 2.30am A few days ago, Makosi told the group that she is a virgin. Makosi is sitting on the sofas with Anthony, Roberto, Kemal and Saskia. She tells them that she is not a virgin and that she was lying. She then goes to the loft where Lesley, Craig and Vanessa are discussing Makosi. She tells them that she was lying about being a virgin. Lesley says that she has only slept with 2 people. Makosi says that she is not comfortable talking about her sexuality. She then leaves the group and goes back inside the house. Lesley says that she is winding them up and Craig agrees saying ?I?m not trusting anything she says anymore.? 2.45am Kemal asks Makosi ?Are you a mole?? She speculates about her role in the house. He thinks that she is an independent mole and says, ?I foiled you. We will discuss this later.? They join Science and Lesley in the seating area. Science calls Makosi a liar. Kemal says ?I am so tripped out by you (Makosi) ? you?re fabulous.? He says she must be either a mole or an actress. Lesley doesn?t believe Makosi would admit being a mole but when Kemal says that she is making things up along the way, Science says ?She?s been given a mission by Big Brother, that doesn?t make her a mole.? Makosi sits quietly and then all she says is ?no!?  [top]    Day 05: (31/05/2004 - Tuesday) The housemates nominate for the first time Makosi?s mission comes to an end?but will she have passed? Mary and Saskia finally confront each other Day 5 ? Tuesday 31 May 2005 12.15pm Craig, Makosi, Maxwell and Anthony are in the garden. Last night during Mary?s birthday party, Lesley poured two glasses of water onto Maxwell?s bed. Maxwell still does not know which housemates did this. Makosi is sitting by the pool. As Maxwell walks past, he dips his hands in the pool and splashes her. She screams whilst Anthony gives Maxwell a congratulatory ?high five?. Makosi enters the bedroom in tears. Derek says ?Oh dear, what is going on?? He hugs her whilst she tells him about the water fight. Makosi thinks she?s taking the brunt of Lesley?s mattress gag and wants her to own up to it. Derek finds Maxwell in the garden and asks, ?why do you do that?? Maxwell, who is having sun cream applied to him by Roberto, lifts his head and explains he was just being playful. Derek goes back into the bedroom and tells Makosi he never intended to be spiteful. Vanessa hugs Makosi until she reveals she is laughing behind her sunglasses. She picks up a glass off water, struts into the garden and pours it over Maxwell. Maxwell ridicules Makosi by pretending to cry. 12.48pm Some of the housemates are in the garden. Mary, Craig, Kemal, Vanessa, Sam and Saskia are in the bedroom. Today, Mary has told all the housemates that Big Brother is allowing her pet dog to enter the house. Mary has not spoken to Big Brother about her dog. (NB Mary does not have a dog). Maxwell sings the song ?Dream A Little Dream.? Mary tells Saskia and Sam her dog is arriving at 7pm. She explains the carer can no longer look after it and Big Brother has allowed it into the house. Saskia (who has a phobia of dogs) asks ?what make it is?? Mary says ?it?s a small one.? 1.29pm Some of the housemates are in the garden. Last night Anthony and Sam kissed during Mary?s party. Makosi is in the Diary Room. She tells Big Brother she thinks she?s doing a beautiful job and playing an amazing game. She finds it amusing that Science thinks she needs therapy and Kemal is worried she?s a target. She loves the way they?re trying to work her out? ?I?m not mathematics,? she laughs. 2.21pm Some of the housemates are in the bedroom. Lesley, Craig, Vanessa and Mary are in the loft. Mary tells the others that she thinks Saskia gives her strange looks and she doesn?t trust her. Lesley explains she is bitchy to Saskia because she thinks her oobs are fake. She says Saskia?s are too pert to be real and confirms her boobs are saggier despite her being 19. However, Mary says Lesley?s brutal honesty is a good quality. 11.08pm Saskia and Mary Face Off It?s been 2 hours and 22 minutes since the housemates made their first weekly nominations. Most of the housemates are in the kitchen. Saskia storms up to Mary and shouts ?who are you?let?s go? me and you?sit down.? Saskia takes Mary into the living room and closes the door. Makosi and Roberto come in and Saskia tells them to leave. Mary insists they stay. Saskia shouts at Mary ?Don?t grit your teeth like a dog woman? You?re intelligent but I?m fucked off. When you came in, I looked after you and told Big Brother I liked you. You?ve made me look like a twat.? Mary responds by telling her she didn?t know her then and the first night doesn?t count. Mary concludes, ?I don?t like you, you?re too aware of how you want to be perceived and you say nothing interesting.? Saskia tells Mary she thinks it?s strange that ?you?re 32 years old (she?s 31) and you made up a story about a fluffy dog.? Mary responds by saying Saskia has no level of intelligence.  [top]    Day 06: (01/06/2005 - Wednesday) Makosi chooses Craig and Mary to face the first eviction Kemal takes a bath ? in the dustbin Craig sulks after finding out he is up for eviction Day 6 ? Wednesday 1 June 2005 9.02am Most of the housemates are still asleep. Derek goes to the Diary Room. ?I didn?t have a very good night?s sleep, probably because of the process of nominations. I think it?s a system that works best for people who are cowards and shits. It?s my expectation that one of the names may well be that of Makosi ? but I do think she?s misunderstood. She plays a game - a game that you can only take part in if you are clever and bright. That?s why none of the other housemates can join in because they are none of those things.? He then starts to cry. ?Can I come back in a moment please?? 11.11am Lesley, Craig and Vanessa are by the pool gossiping about Mary because last night she accused Lesley of being two-faced for talking to Sam. Vanessa admits she quite likes Mary even though ?I used to be scared of Goths, I thought they were disgusting.? Talk soon turns to nominations when Craig says; ?I can?t wait to find results of the nominations, one person is guaranteed to be up!? ?The whore with no clothes?!? Vanessa speculates. Roberto, Maxwell, Kemal, Anthony, Sam and Science are in the kitchen when Kemal announces that he wants to take a bath ? in the dustbin. The boys laugh and pick Kemal up and try to dump him in the bin, head first. Kemal is unperturbed and fills the bin with water and climbs in. Roberto laughs hysterically. ?I?m having a bath!? Protests Kemal. Science is unconvinced, ?No you?re not, you?re just stood in a bin looking like an idiot.? 2.10pm Roberto is cooking lunch for the housemates. The others are in the bedroom. Makosi is called to the Diary Room to discuss her secret mission. ?My (nomination) strategy was ? I wanted to nominate Maxwell and Craig, but they could?ve been nominated by the others. So I didn?t think anyone would nominate Roberto because he?s pleasing everyone. When they do find out that Makosi messed with them they will be humiliated. I am a diva. I deserve cherry tango and not being nominated!? 2.46pm It?s lunchtime, but Kemal has lost his bowl of salad; ?People in this place are like vultures!? Roberto and Maxwell accuse him of over-reacting and eventually Kemal puts an end to the lunchtime feud, ?I am sorry that I lost my bowl of salad and it turned into such a big deal.? He announces at the table. 3.30pm Mary, Derek and Vanessa are in the kitchen talking about Sam?s choice of clothes. ?Even if Sam was on the snow slopes she?d wear a bikini.? Meanwhile, in the living room, Makosi asks Maxwell, Anthony and Roberto what they really think of her. ?I don?t know how to take you.? Admits Anthony. ?I think I am the most stupid person in here because my heart is on the table.? Makosi protests. She then tells them that she was genuinely upset before, to which Anthony replies; ?You only had yourself to blame because you were winding everyone up.? 5.15pm In the bedroom most of the housemates are playing I-Spy while Kemal and Makosi have a private chat. Kemal tells Makosi, ?I love you and I worry about you. You risk people thinking you are a bitch.? ?I?m a very complex person. ? explains Makosi. ?No-one understands me, my Mum doesn?t understand me, I don?t even understand me.? ?I trust my gut instinct and I like you, but you are taking a big risk.? Confides Kemal. 7.40pm Derek and Roberto are in the pool. Meanwhile, Kemal is cooking in the kitchen with Saskia and Makosi. 9.14pm Mary has been asleep for two hours, while most of the housemates are in the living area. Roberto and Craig go to wake Mary up. Craig suggest that she gets some fresh air and then Anthony joins them to try rouse her. ?I just want to go home to be honest because the people here are f****ng horrible.? She moans. Lesley tries to comfort her, ?I don?t like to see anyone like this, are you not feeling well?? Mary refuses to get up. 9.48pm Mary is still in bed while the others are in the living area. Makosi is called to the Diary Room. Big Brother tells Mary that she has passed her secret mission to get the most nominations. Together with Roberto and Sam she is immune from this week?s eviction. ?Thankyou so much.? She screams. Makosi is then asked to choose the two people she would like to see face the public vote this week. Makosi chooses Craig and Mary to face the fist eviction. She returns to the group and quickly confides in Kemal, ?When I got into this house Big Brother gave me a mission ? so all the time I was getting people to hate me. I passed so had to choose two people for eviction.? Big Brother then announces to the house that Craig and Mary will face the public vote. 9.58pm Mary goes outside to wash her hair. In the garden Craig, Lesley and Vanessa talk about the results of the nominations. Inside Makosi says to Maxwell and Anthony, ?See it works to apologise, I thought you guys hated me. I thank God I?m gonna be here another week.? 10.13pm Mary, Makosi and Derek are in the bedroom. ?I think I know how human beings work,? says Derek, ?but I don?t know how Big Brother works. I think if I offered to sleep with him I?d know all his secrets.? 10.24pm Roberto and Mary are in the bedroom talking about Science. ?He?s smart, ?admits Roberto, ?but he?s got a bad attitude.? Mary then tells Roberto exactly what she thinks of him, ?I speak the truth, I am not two-faced. I think you can be up your own arse sometimes.? 11.33pm Makosi, Vanessa, Craig, Lesley and Mary are in the bedroom. Craig is upset at being nominated. ?I sit there and people don?t comment on me, I am completely left out. I should not have to be nasty to get noticed. I feel like screaming because noone ever says thankyou to me ever. I know it?s a game, but I refuse to diminish my character to survive.? The girls hug him. 12.06am Most of the housemates are in the bedroom. Science and Roberto are alone in the kitchen and decide to make amends. ?Forget it, we shake on it and we start again.? Thursday 2 June 2005 10.45am Maxwell and Roberto are in the living room. Most of the housemates are in the bedroom. Today the housemates must decide how they spend their week?s shopping budget. Derek suggests three people to do the shopping list, to which Mary says, ?You?re not in charge, you?re up your arse.? Derek tells her it?s the consensus of the household. Mary responds, ?you are sly and immature.? Derek disagrees and says, ?we need three people and that?s it?you are an arse and I will not be spoken to like that!? Makosi sits on her bed laughing. 11.36am Mary is refusing to wear her microphone. Big Brother reminds her that by not wearing her microphone, she is breaking a rule of the show. She says out loud, ?when I?m ready, I will wear my microphone.? She then puts her microphone back on and starts telling Craig how much she dislikes Derek. ?He?s sly, malicious, deceitful, and he?s playing a really cunning game.? Craig responds, ?but he doesn?t know how the show works.? Mary then tells him that no-one in the house deserves to win. ?Collectively we are disgusting people. Derek is a disgusting, sly old man who stamped his feet in front of me. They disgust me and Derek is one of the people who disgusts me the most.? 1.25pm Saskia, Craig and Vanessa are preparing their shopping list and decide to add crackers. Derek and Roberto are in the kitchen. Makosi and Kamal are in the bedroom talking about Roberto. Makosi tells him, ?he?s been staring at me for the past 15 minutes.? Kamal responds, ?he thinks he?s Moses.? Roberto tells Mary (who is making her bed) that she is misjudging things. ?You are intelligent but you use it on negative thoughts and you?re sending out bad vibes.? Mary quietly disagrees. He adds, ?what you?re going through isn?t nice but we?ll all have to do it. I?m not trying to be master of the house.? Makosi leans over to Kemal, ?if someone is upset with you, don?t help them make their bed.? Kemal says, ?Roberto has 2 ? brain cells.? 2.15pm Most of the housemates are in the living room. Big Brother calls Mary to the Diary Room. Craig tells the others he?ll wear his pink t-shirt on Friday. He contemplates leaving the house in his dressing gown as it represents his laziness. Big Brother asks Mary how she is feeling about Friday?s eviction. Mary says, ?I want to leave. Everybody disgusts me. I?m not a wannabe. There is no intellectual conversation in here and I need it. There is a 41-year-old man stamping his feet (Derek). I really felt for Craig, nobody looked after him?when I leave I?ll keep in touch with two people. If any.? 3.08pm The housemates are in the living room. Sam comes to talk to Big Brother. She tells Big Brother, ?I wanted a chat with you because I?m feeling really horny. There?s lots of sexiness in here, especially Anthony and Maxwell. There?s so much talk about sex and so much tension. I don?t give a shit about Anthony since the rejection but I still want to shag him?. I just don?t have anything to say to him. Maxwell is fit sometimes but I?m not fussed either way. Sex is sex.? 5.50pm Most of the housemates are in the bedroom. Sam is in the pool and Science, Derek and Maxwell are in the living room. Derek informs Maxwell that Sam wants to be an actress. They both find this amusing. Maxwell says she won?t be taken seriously and Derek says she?d do the silent parts very well. Maxwell says ?she?s a nice girl but she doesn?t say anything?she might be having horrid thoughts but you?d never know.? They both laugh. 7.12pm Derek, Roberto and Lesley are in the kitchen. Most of the other housemates are in the bedroom. Craig and Mary are at the seating area. Craig reminds Mary that this is their last full day together in the house. Mary says, ?it?s hideous.? Craig reminisces, ?we spoke immediately and became friends?now we?re up against each other.? Mary tells him he doesn?t deserve to be up. Craig says ?I knew I?d never win, I don?t walk around in stilettos and I?m not jack-the-lad?. I?m a happy medium and there?s nothing wrong with that.? 10.02pm While the other housemates are singing in the living area, Lesley and Vanessa have helped Craig prepare for a singing performance he is planning to do in front of the rest of the housemates. Craig performs his rendition of Britney?s ?Hit Me Baby One More Time,? dressed in a school uniform. Vanessa and Lesley are his backing dancers. All the housemates clap and cheer. Mary then leaves the room. She enters the bedroom alone and begins brushing her hair. 1.34pm With half the housemates asleep, the rest are discussing the forthcoming eviction. Maxwell, Saskia and Craig discuss the voting system. Maxwell tells Craig the public vote for the person who they want to leave the house. He reminds him of the phrase ?Who goes? You Decide.? Craig questions this, so Maxwell explains with an example ?if they hate you, they?ll vote for you to leave?  [top]
