For today's task, the housemates will have their life saving skills tested by Pamela Anderson.

The task, based on Pamela�s hit series Baywatch, will require the housemates to dress as lifeguards and to hold a lifeboat in their arms.

When Pamela blows the whistle, the housemates will all have to begin slow motion running on the spot.

Big Brother wants the housemates' arms and feet to be constantly moving and for them to shake their heads back and forth to simulate the wind blowing through their hair. The housemates will also have to look determined as if they were about to save lives.

Big Brother will call out the names of housemates who they feel is not putting in all their effort into the task and they will be eliminated from the competition.

The housemate who lasts the longest will be rewarded with a golden swimsuit and therefore immunity from this week's nominations.
