For yesterday's task Pamela will be spending some quality time getting hot and sweaty with the Housemates.

The Baywatch star will 'speed date' each housemate individually in the sauna, and get to know them all a little bit better, with a lot less clothes on.

What the housemates don't know is that she will secretly control the length of each date with the use of a safe word.

When she gets bored, has had enough of their bad jokes, or simply just wants her date to leave her alone, she can say the safe word, which is the phrase 'Wow, it's getting hot in here'.

Big Brother will be listening, and will end the date immediately when she says the safe word.
